How long is the rental?

The standard rental period is two weeks. Need more time? You can easily add an extra week through your private rental area, subject to availability.

Do you deliver and pick up?

Yes. Delivery and pickup are included within our approved Northern New Jersey service area.

How big are the bins?

The current bins are 27-gallon heavy-duty storage totes that stack neatly and nest when empty.

What if I need more bins?

Customers can request a larger package, subject to inventory and delivery availability.

What comes with my Tote Bin rental?

Each rental includes room-label sleeves on the bins, paper labels, markers, zip ties, and a rolling dolly to help move stacked bins.

Do I need to clean the bins?

Please return the bins emptied of personal belongings and loose debris. We handle routine cleaning between rentals.

Lost, stolen, unreturned or irreparably damaged bins: A $20 replacement charge per bin may be charged to the payment method associated with your reservation, as described in the Rental Agreement.
